Job Overview:

As a Quaker Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of showcasing our luxury windows and doors to dealers in the Mid-Atlantic sales territory. Your role involves not only acquiring new business but also nurturing existing customer relationships with care and expertise.

  • Become a trusted advisor: Gain in-depth knowledge of our innovative products and be a trusted resource for your clients.
  • Be a product champion: Develop in-depth knowledge of our innovative window and door solutions, helping customers find the perfect fit for their projects.
  • Grow your territory: Develop strategic plans to acquire new accounts and expand Quaker's market share.
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction at every step.

To excel as a Quaker Sales Representative, you must possess essential skills to build and maintain strong dealer relationships.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 Years Sales Experience
  • Customer Service Focused
  • Communication and listening proficiency
  • Public Speaking/Presentation/Training
  • Influencing and negotiation

Travel

Daily travel is required throughout the assigned territory, which could include overnight stays to visit clients, job sites, dealers, architects or attend trade shows. Meal per diems and hotel charges are covered. Mid-Atlantic Territory: NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA, and DC.
